I just sat down one day and decided to write about something random. After I tried it once, I decided to do it four more times. This book is a synthesis of the outcome of my 52 years of knowledge, wisdom, and expressive thoughts. The subjects ended up being: Vietnam, NFL Football, Cookbook for Italy Travel, My List of Greatest Inventions, and Manhattan. I hope you enjoy reading it!

From my kitchen to yours, Many of us have wonderful family recipes; I decided to print mine to share with my children, friends, and relatives. This way, the wonderful recipes we have come to love will be forever preserved.I have also included my handmade soap and salve recipes. I created this book to help others get organized when it comes to meal prepping. Often we are juggling different cookbooks, too-long shopping lists, and forgotten ingredients when meal prepping for the week. This book puts everything neatly in one place for you.

This cookbook has 6 generations of good ole Southern family recipes in it. I grew up eating REAL food, not FAST FOOD and I wanted to share those foods with the world. I wanted this cookbook to represent the south so I included some other things as well. There are cute meal in a jar and gift in a jar recipes, as well as Dutch oven recipes and recipes for canning. We can't forget the children so I have made a special section just for them, "Kid's Corner." I hope anyone who reads this book will gain something he/she didn’t know before reading it. The book contains 5 sub-books about the following explorations: 1). NFL and Capitalism, 2). My list of the greatest inventions, 3). Manhattan being the greatest city in the world, 4). How I feel about Vietnam, in light of 70,000 American lives lost, 5) Russian relations, and 7)my USA cookbook for Italy. My personal feelings about the book are that of fulfilling the desire of emptying out my head of wisdom and feelings about certain subjects while I am able to recall.
